Well i think we should have a starter because.

Everyone just got wiped of all the items and now they have nothing.
Be hard for them to train.

Starter should be 100k since thats not that much.

If you have 37+ prayer, just go to zammy godwars. you get 4m per godsword.

I do agree with this though, a starter would be nice.
